LTI Mindtree Marketing Collaterals

This project focused on supporting the large-scale rebranding effort during the LTI and Mindtree merger, where a wide range of existing marketing collaterals had to be updated to reflect the new brand identity. The work involved redesigning and standardizing collaterals across multiple formats by updating the logo, typography, boilerplate content, brand elements, and overall visual consistency.

What initially looked like a simple brand update exercise became a large-scale execution challenge, as the scope included nearly 1200 marketing collaterals that had to be completed within a short turnaround time. The objective was to ensure that every communication piece felt aligned with the new merged identity while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and speed across all deliverables.

Scale Meets Speed

The biggest challenge was not just updating the branding — it was doing it consistently across a massive volume of collaterals within a limited timeline.

The team received existing marketing assets that required brand-level updates such as logo replacement, font correction, boilerplate updates, visual alignment, and format cleanup. While these changes were straightforward at an individual level, applying them across 1200 collaterals required a structured and scalable process.

Without a clear system, the work could have easily become repetitive, error-prone, and difficult to track.

Complexity Meets Clarity

Challenges

  • A large number of collaterals had to be rebranded within a short deadline.
  • Each collateral needed accurate updates across logo, fonts, boilerplate content, visual elements, and formatting.
  • Maintaining consistency across 1200 assets was difficult because the collaterals existed in different layouts, formats, and levels of design quality.
  • The task required speed, but also careful review to avoid brand inconsistencies or outdated content.
  • Manual execution without a system would have increased the risk of missed updates, duplication, and quality issues.

Solutions

  • We created a structured execution system to manage the rebranding at scale.
  • Instead of treating each collateral as a separate task, we built a repeatable workflow that helped the team update, review, and track assets efficiently.
  • The work was then organized into batches, making it easier to divide responsibilities, monitor progress, and maintain quality across all 1200 collaterals.
  • This system-driven approach helped us complete a high-volume rebranding exercise within the required timeline while keeping the output consistent with the new merged brand identity.
